一 | Baghdad, Oct 12 (UNI) As a result of two explosions in the Iraqi city of Tarmiyah, located north of the Iraqi capital of Baghdad, 8 people were injured, including 4 law enforcement officers, Iraqi news agency Shafaq reported on Wednesday, citing a source.

The first explosion occurred when a civilian car was blown up with an explosive device, the source said, adding that four civilians were injured.

The source added that after demining team arrived on the scene, another explosive device blew up, injuring three security personnel and an officer.

受台风“梅花”外围影响，预计14日白天至16日山东青岛市有大雨到暴雨局部大暴雨，全市过程累计降雨量40～80mm，局部100mm以上，崂山山区局部200mm以上。降雨主要时段为14日夜间至15日白天。预计14日白天青岛全市有小到中雨，崂山山区、即墨东部局部有大雨；14日夜间有大雨局部暴雨；15日有中到大雨局部暴雨；16日有小雨。

二 | 另外，14日凌晨起东北风逐渐增大，14日沿海地区可达4～5级阵风7～8级，近海海域7～8级阵风9级；15日东南风沿海地区可达4～5级阵风6～7级，近海海域6～7级阵风9级；16日风力明显减弱。目前“梅花”移动路径仍存在一定的不确定性，气象部门将继续密切监视，及时做好跟踪订正服务。（总台记者王伟李玉广）
